Q: Do you personalize, if so how much does it cost ?
A: Of course I do, I think it adds so much.   Nothing,  it is included in the price.

Q: How long does it take to hear something from me?
A: I answer all emails within 24 hours.

Q: How long does it take to get my order and how is it shipped?
A: All items are made to order and are shipped within 48 hours after payment is received to allow for drying time prior to shipment.

Q: How much does shipping cost ?
Shipping is included in the price  and done through the United States Postal Service.
Shipping is for the 48 US States. ( Alaska and Hawaii are not included and shipping is additional)
Insurance and/or delivery confirmation is available for an additional cost.

Q: What payment methods do you accept ?
A: I accept all payment methods provided by PayPal. I will accept US Post Money Orders only.

Q: I would like to purchase something and have it sent to someone else as a gift, would you do this?
A: Yes, I sure will. Just let me know when you make your purchase.

Q: Do you accept returns ?
A: Unfortunately due the nature of product, I cannot except returns. However, if the item has an error due to my mistake, I will redo the item and send it free of charge.
