Q: Do you personalize, if so how much does it cost ?
A: Of course I do, I think it adds so much. It doesn’t cost anything extra.

Q: How long does it take to hear something from me?
A: I answer all emails within 24 hours.

Q: How long does it take to get my order and how is it shipped?
A: All items are made to order and are shipped within 48-72 hours after payment is received to allow for drying time prior to shipment.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: I ship throughout the United States. I ship through the USPS. All packages will include a tracking number, which I will provide to you prior to shipment. If you live outside of the US , please contact me for shipping costs.

Q: What payment methods do you accept ?
A: I accept all payment methods provided by PayPal. You don’t need a PayPal account to pay with your debit/credit card. I will accept US Postal Money orders only.

Q: I would like to purchase something and have it sent to someone else as a gift, would you do this?
A: Yes, I sure will. Just let me know when you make your purchase.

Q: Do you accept returns ?
A: Unfortunately due the nature of product, I cannot except returns. However, if the item has an error due to my mistake, I will redo the item and send it free of charge.

Q: How do I properly store your items ?
A: FOAM ITEMS : Every item made from foam will wrapped in wax paper or place in a wax paper bag (depending on the size of the item) when you receive them. When you are not using the item just place them the wax paper and they will keep for years of enjoyment.

Q: What are your items made of ?
A: Many of the ornaments and decorations are made of foam and put together with a hot glue gun. They are very durable and last for many years. I use the best glitters, glues, and markers to give you the best there is to offer. Other ingredients we use are Polymer Clay, they are baked and glazed for durability and appearance.

Q: Can the items been cleaned ?
A: Yes, all my items can be cleaned with just a damp cloth.
